Eizan Kaburagi
is an only child who dreams of becoming a ninja. Although he is not the strongest athlete in school, he works very hard. He was raised in a working-class family, and is, at first, unaware that he comes from a long line of well-respected warriors.
Jimmy B
was brought up in New York where he learned to break-dance as part of a rap gang. After being sent to live with his aunt and uncle he was enrolled in the Shuriken School. Jimmy is not the ideal student, but what he lacks in classroom ambition he makes up for in athletic abilities.
Okuni Dohan
she’s confident, skilled and extremely smart. She has always been a hard worker and an overachiever. Despite her intense personality she is well liked by the other students.
Nobunaga
he’s got an appetite that matches his size – really big! As a descendent of sumo wresters, Nobunaga’s size and strength intimidates most people around him, but he’s really a gentle giant.
Ami
She specializes in the ninja art of persuasion and disguise, but her looks seem to be her main concern.
Daisuke
he’s the show-off of the school. He isn’t all that interested in becoming a ninja, but he fakes it when faced with danger to make himself look good.
Marcos
he’s an expert in fighting and concealment and he is using Shuriken School to conceal his whereabouts from the Three Saints gang. No one knows exactly why this gang is looking for him – in fact, no one knows much about his past at all.
Choki
he was raised by Tibetian monks who taught him the art of telepathy and telekinetic powers, but he would rather spend most of his time sleeping.
Jaques
is a master in the art of trickery and underwater combat – so it helps that he’s a scuba diver. He has a hard time trusting anyone, which is why he gets so nervous at times.
Pig
is the resident musician of the school. He does not speak, but can play any instrument that you put in front of him.
Tetsuo
is a very angry and arrogant ninja – which limits his growth in his craft. He tends to pick on new students and looks down on everyone.
Yota
doesn’t have much of a personality. He just blends in with anyone he is around – which helps to develop his skills as a spy.
Kubo Utamaro
is a methodical and very boring theory professor who has dreams of becoming the Principal of Shuriken School.
Vladimir Keitawa
originally from Russia, this strong, bearded ninja often shows his sensitive side.
Kita Shunai
is a master in weapons and is incredibly strong. Her physical strength is only matched by her hot temper and no-nonsense attitude.
The Principal
is a very wise and attentive man, but he is obsessed with money and anything that has to do with it.
Zumichito
is the groundskeeper of the school, and the gatekeeper of all the school’s secrets. He is very wise and gentle, and often acts like a father to most of the students.
The Cleaning Lady
don’t let the grey hair and mop fool you – this cleaning lady is as fast as lightning and often lends a hand to the ninjas.
Grand Master Otomo
is a living legend at Shuriken School, and often visits to share his knowledge with the students.
Koji Murasaki
the founder of Shuriken School who is known around the school as a hero.
Naginata
is a very dark and sinister ninja who has mastered the art of trickery only to use it against good.
Bruce Chang
is loud, senseless, and never misses an opportunity to pick a fight.
Doku
is an awkward giant whose size tends to win his fights before they even begin, but being big is not always an asset.
Principal Katana
this ominous ninja is feared by all. Although he tends to keep to himself, he can always be found with his pet, Ninja Chick.
