The police and OLM catch Coop and his friends waking the neighbourhood but they all have a very different story to tell about what they think happened. / Kat struggles to perfect a teleporter to transfer Fishy Frisky Bits across space to his home. But when he learns he can teleport himself, no house on the block is safe from the cat food burglar and driving Coop crazy takes on a whole new 4th dimension!

When Coop's spoiled little sister Millie brings home Kat, a stray kitty of mysterious origin, his idyllic life is turned upside-down. It's clear to Coop that Kat wants to destroy him, but any evidence he has to prove the cat is evil is somehow eliminated!
