Dad/Hugh
Hugh may share Jimmy’s fascination for cool toys, but when it comes to the smarts in the family, we know Jimmy didn’t inherit them from his dad! Hugh is a lovable goof and he’s always in a good mood. He leaves the disciplining up to Mom.

Goddard
Goddard is Jimmy’s friend, conscience and faithful pet, and sometimes he acts as the only voice of reason. As a robot dog, Goddard can transform into a variety of useful tools: he’s like a hi-tech, barking, Swiss army knife -- but he still can’t resist chasing cats or begging for treats.

Miss Fowl
No one knows the secret life of Miss Fowl. She may look like a spinster…but she’s got the guts and heart of Indiana Jones.

Mom/Judy
Mom wears the pants in the Neutron household. She’s a no-nonsense king of lady, but she’s always there for Jimmy. She can frequently be found adding performance modification to the family car.

Jimmy Neutron
Jimmy is a genius! Got a problem? Jimmy can fix it. Well, at least he’ll try. His inventions don’t always work the way they are supposed to, but what matters most is that because Jimmy is an inventor, he can live out all his fantasies by virtue of his amazing brain. He even built his own robot dog, Goddard.

Sheen
Also one of Jimmy’s best pals, Sheen is not the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree, but what he lacks in smarts is more than compensated for by his hyper-active, sugar-fueled behavior.

Carl Weezer
Carl is one of Jimmy’s best friends, but the two couldn’t be less alike. Carl’s an overweight “mama’s boy” who is prone to allergies and carsickness. He’s a bit of a nerd, but he’s a real kid and Jimmy totally accepts him. The two have a genuine friendship.

Nick Dean
The object of all the girls’ affections, no one, according to Nick, is as cool as he is.

Libby
Libby is Cindy’s best friend and voice of reason. When Cindy goes too far, Libby provides a much needed reality check.

Cindy Vortex
Jimmy and Cindy are complete rivals when it comes to being the smartest at school. She’s not a genius, but man, is she competitive! She loves to tease and insult Jimmy, but truthfully, she and Jimmy have an unspoken affection for each other.
