About the show:
Created by Matt Groening—that guy who invented The Simpsons—Futurama is the story of a twentieth-century loser named Fry who is cryogenically frozen by accident, and wakes up in the year 2999! Luckily, Fry has managed to find his groove in the thirtieth century, making some out-of-this-world friends and finding a job at Planet Express Delivery Service. Fry and his crew are sent racing across the galaxy delivering packages, performing charitable tasks for tax deductions, and side-stepping alien predators.
