Season 1

00 - Pilot
The May 24th weekend marks the beginning of a tumultuous summer of love and change in Falcon Beach, a resort town on the edge of beautiful Lake Winnipeg. 18-year-old Jackson Tanner, the hotshot son of the local marina owner, sets out to obtain the unobtainable - haughty Toronto rich girl Paige Bradshaw and in the process discovers ambitions he never knew he had. But summer romance turns complicated when Jason's childhood sweetheart, Tanya, returns unexpectedly from a four-year tour of modeling in Europe, damaged and battling a drug problem.

01 - Starting Over
Jason tries to help a troubled Tanya, but Tanya’s agent arrives to bring her back to Europe, forcing her to choose between Jason and her career. Paige is forced to stay in Falcon Beach due to a growing crisis within her father’s corporation. Danny learns that his dad may lose the arcade.

02 - Chemistry Lessons
Lane returns to Falcon Beach and starts paying the price for selling drugs to Georgie Tallis. Paige rents the renovated apartment over the arcade to the handsome new doctor in town. Danny and Erin deal with their stalled relationship while Jason and Tanya act on their passion for each other.

03 - Family Portrait
Trevor Bradshaw returns to Falcon Beach and involves his family in a public relations article for a lifestyle magazine. Paige learns some disturbing truths about her father. Jason decides to enter the regional wakeboarding championships. Tanya gets a job at the Sunset. As a peace offering to drug-dealer Mook, Lane offers up his father’s jet to transport drugs to Montreal.

04 - Getting To Know You
Jason’s boat breaks down jeopardizing his run for the regional wakeboarding championships. Danny convinces Paige to help him reopen Falcon Beach’s historic dance hall. Ginny reconnects with an old flame. Danny and Erin’s budding romance suffers another blow when Erin flashes the crowd at a "Party Girls” event at the Sunset Bar.

05 - Summer Solstice
Falcon Beach celebrates the Summer Solstice Festival. Tanya and Adrian become jealous when Paige rents a boat for Jason to help him compete. Mayor Tallis is tricked into supporting the reopening of the dance hall by Danny and Paige. Lane becomes a partner in Hurst’s grow-op business. Trevor and Ginny briefly recapture their old passion. Danny and Erin work through their issues and consummate their love.

06 - WakeJam
On the eve of WakeJam, the wakeboard regional championships, Jason feels the pressure from all sides. Ginny’s sister, Patricia, arrives with her kids (Zoe and Mitchell) in tow and causes chaos at the Bradshaw cottage. Tanya gets Tom fired from the Sunset for sexual harassment, but Jason doubts her side of the story. Danny and Erin work out some sexual issues.

07 - Local Heroes
Fresh off his victory at WakeJam, Jason starts training for the Nationals. Tensions arise when Jason, Paige, Danny, and Adrian start renovations on the dance hall. Ginny is called to Toronto (New York) to testify about her involvement in Trevor’s business dealings. Tanya and Lane’s flirting steps over the line. A tragedy at the beach brings Erin’s ”Party Girl” past back to haunt her.

08 - The Blame Game
As the town reels from a drowning tragedy, Officer Palmer begins an investigation and blame is being laid at the feet of Party Girl Erin. A social worker comes to interview Zoe after Adrian reports her theft of drugs from the clinic. Tanya and Jason’s relationship reaches a breaking point. Tanya reveals a devastating truth about Jason’s father (what is this?).

09 - Papa Was a Rolling Stone
Jason turns to Paige for help when his ne’er do well Uncle Steve returns to Falcon Beach to call in a loan from Peggy, putting the marina at risk. Danny decides to snap Erin out of her depression by snagging her favourite band, Matt Mays and El Torpedo to open the dance hall. Tanya begs Jason to take her back.

10 - Trust This
Jason begins intensive wakeboard training with his new manager/trainer Kyle, but an injured knee may destroy his chances of competing in the Nationals. Adrian’s wife shows up unexpectedly, causing Paige to question their relationship. Sarah Chen betrays Trevor, forcing him out of the Bradshaw Group. Mook discovers Lane and Hurst’s grow op and lays down appropriate punishment.

11 - Desperados
On the run from Mook and the police, Lane enlists the aid of Paige, Tanya, and Jason. After Paige breaks up with Adrian, Jason and Paige are tempted to renew their romance. With Ginny having already filed for divorce, Trevor returns to Falcon Beach to salvage their marriage.

12 - Reckless Love
Jason’s sexy sponsor arrives in town to shoot a promotional video, prompting jealousy from Paige. Danny and Erin are forced to make decisions about their future when Erin discovers she’s pregnant. Paige helps Trevor deal with being fired as CEO of the Bradshaw Group. Tanya’s drug use causes her to spiral downward. Hurst tells Lane that Mook killed Jason’s father over a drug deal gone bad

13 - Summer's Over
As Jason prepares for the Nationals and Paige gets ready to leave for Harvard, a series of events threatens their newly rekindled love. Jason is devastated when Lane tells him what he’s learned about his father’s past. Under pressure from Officer Palmer, Tanya betrays Lane. Trevor takes revenge on Ginny for filing for divorce. Soon to depart for Vancouver, Danny and Erin say goodbye to their friends at the Labour Day corn roast.

Season 2

14 - After the Fall
Another summer at Falcon Beach is about to kick off and with it comes more drama as Lane claims the Tanner marina for the Bradshaw resort and Jason fights back. Paige returns while Erin and Danny are about to have their baby.

15 - Strawberry Social Reject
The Glenview Country Club is having its annual Strawberry Social. But as gentle summer breezes waft through Falcon Beach, a battle rages between the Tanners and the Bradshaws. Paige meets a new friend, Courtney True, but her relationship with Jason is in jeopardy. Erin and Danny try to cope with their recent loss.

16 - The Spins
Tanya is going to court on charges stemming from her accident last season. Jason and Danny are just trying to keep her sober. But a new friend, Nathan Rai the brilliant young lawyer working for the Bradshaws, says he can get her off if she presents the "truth" in the right way. Erin's behaviour becomes extreme.

17 - Tidal
Facing bankruptcy, Jason and Peggy decide to accept an offer for the marina while Tanya begins her community service teaching modeling and Paige plans to leave town.

18 - Turn Card
A gas tank has exploded at the marina and the Tanners are suspects in an arson investigation. Jason thinks a high stakes poker game may hold the answer to his money problems. Lane is haunted by his latest deed. Paige takes the job with her father's company but almost instantly gets the resort project shut down by an archeological discovery.

19 - The Music Video
When the band Paper Moon comes to town, Tanya is thrust back into the world of glamour and remembers why she loves it. Danny joins the anti-resort protestors and Paige becomes suspicious of his intentions.

20 - Lost
On the eve of a huge deal for the Bradshaws, Paige and Nathan get lost on the lake. Jason's new friend may be leading him down a dark path. Danny's anger and the protest he leads get out of control. Lane saves the day, with Tanya's help.

21 - Sins Of The Father
Jason wrestles with the ghost of his father as he slides deeper into the criminal world. Tanya's old agent shows up and Lane tries everything he can to keep her from being lured back to the modeling life in Europe. Danny is torn between lust and doing the right thing as Kelsey's advances intensify. Paige and Nathan struggle to make their relationship work in and out of the office.

22 - Thirteen Minutes to Midnight
The events leading to a brawl during Talent Night at the Sunset Bar are seen from different viewpoints. While Nathan and Jason keep each other on edge, Paige does everything she can to show she's over her former flame. Lane's animosity toward Adrian and controlling behaviour drive Tanya to drink.

23 - Lovers & Cheaters
Trevor gloats when Jason and Peggy lose the marina to the bank. But when Paige catches Lane embezzling, she learns the resort is being built on her father's lies, and local investors, including Darlene, are at risk of losing everything. Tanya finds solace at the clinic when she goes to see Adrian with physical symptoms caused by stress over Lane's secret.

24 - Permanent Collection
The prize for Falcon Beach's annual scavenger hunt is a truck, and Danny and Jason team up to win it. Meanwhile Danny tries to keep his application to college a secret. A thaw sets in between Jason and Paige. Tanya finds herself caught between bad-boy Lane and good-guy Adrian. And Trevor makes a final, public effort to win Ginny back.

25 - Vigil
Jason considers Courtney’s offer to spend the winter with her in Switzerland. Danny mounts a vigil on the beach when Trevor fences it off. Paige quits her job with the resort and helps Jason land a deal that gives him the money he needs to get the marina back from the bank.

26 - The Next Life
As summer comes to a close, Paige's happiness with Jason is shattered when she discovers that Lane killed Mook. While the Bradshaws rally to protect their son, Tanya holds Lane accountable for ruining both their lives. Erin surprises Danny by showing up in town to be with him, but he is no longer sure that is what he wants. Courtney becomes desperate when she realizes she is losing Jason.
