I see Red Steel as being one of the best FPS on the Wii thus far. Plus the Katana fights are going to be awesome. Though their are other FPS's for the Wii. Like, Metroid Prime 3, MoH (Medal of Honour) Airborne, and the fairly newly announced CoD (Call of Duty) 3. These will all be very good games. I personally like Red Steel the best. I don't know why. (Maybe it's because I really like samurai, I don't know). What are your veiws?

I agree with you about the swordfights being awesome, but I'm worried that they'll be more gun play rather than swordplay. I've played too many lightgun games like Time Crisis and I need something fresh to play with. Also, from the trailers and gameplay movies that I've seen, you get to hold the gun for quite some time. Plus, when you've got guys shooting at you, it's not exactly the wisest choice to switch from your gun to your sword and run up to hack at them when they can just shoot you. I'm really hoping that you'll be given a lot of opportunities to use your sword. Another thing that I like about this upcoming game is that it'll be a definite "teen" rating. The developers confirmed that they'll be no gore, so that's good news for me, since my parents are pretty harsh on the "m" games that I buy. I'll definitely pick this up at launch along with the wii.
