Do you guys realize that they have to mail all of the winners, which will probably take at least a couple weeks to reach all of them, and then wait for them to respond before they can post the official winners...
Btw, it hasn't been a month, not even three weeks yet. Patience is a virtue.

Even if the contest wasn't supposed to end so soon, it HAS been a month since it ended. Besides, think about it: an entire month to contact 30 winners?

They could at least tell us WHEN they're going to post the list of winners! But no, they prefer to let us complain! Maybe it's because they find us funny and like to laugh at us?!

You know, there's a law that states that in the rules of a contest, they have to tell WHEN the winners are going to be revealed, which had not been done. I know it, I still have the direct link to the Ride the Turbulence contest page.

P.S.: If the moderators don't post this just because of the law thing, then it's pathetic. I'm not being rude or anything, it's just a FACT. I didn't invent anything.

Are they going to do something or what? For a month now, we've been sending tons of posts about how tired of waiting we were, but do they even CARE about us? No posts were sent to say they were sorry, to explain why it was taking so long and when they are going to post the list of winners. I guess I speak for everyone when I say: WE ARE TIRED OF WAITING!

And they dare to write in their FAQ that it can take up to MONTHS to post the list of winners. How is that possible? All the other websites I entered a contest on managed to tell who the winners were within a couple of days. Why would it take so long HERE?

YTV Staff, show at least a little sympathy! We've never heard from you since the beginning! You should feel guilty about making people waiting like that! The way I see it, it's almost as if you were pulling our legs and that the contest never really existed! If it's not the case, then prove me wrong!

--^[Denki no Usagi]^--

P.S: I hope this post won't be ignored like the last one I tried to send. I've never been rude so no need for censorship!

gone with the wind

As the rest of your common sense, I suppose. Yep, seems to me that you're just trying to increase your rank by posting useless posts, gangstadevil. I can't understand why the moderators put your posts on. They ignore mine sometimes, and at least I write something that makes sense and that has something to do with the topic.

JpGuy, and the others, go check in the "Why Is The Ride The Turbulence Contest Taking So?" topic. I already explained in my last post why JpGuy's sudden assertion makes no sense. My post was sent on June 2nd.

Now I'm MAD.

Have you checked the Past Winners list? There are the lists of winners from ALL the contests that began and ended AFTER Ride the Turbulence, but the Ride the Turbulence winners have not even been posted yet!

That's unnaceptable! How come you have to wait about 2 weeks before you know who won, for instance, the Ice Age contest, but you have to wait over 2 MONTHS to know the winners of Ride the Turbulence?

I want to know if I won! Post the list of winners!

--^[Denki no Usagi]^--

P.S.: Moderators, post this please, people need to know!

What do you mean, win another time? Excuse me, but nobody even knows if they won or not! Besides, when they'll finally post the list of winners, if I learn that I lost, I won't be mad because I lost. I would be because I had to wait over 2 months to know that.

By the way, I'm not telling that someone else won. I'm telling that nobody knows who won the Ride the Turbulence contest, even after 2 months. There's a big difference.

Phantom46, I'm not angry because somebody else won. I knew that maybe I wouldn't win when I entered the Ride the Turbulence contest. I'm angry because nobody knows who won, even after 2 months, and they posted the list of winners from all the other contests that ended after it. A 2-month wait is too long.

Right now, it's as though nobody had won. So I can't say "Oh, I'll just win another time" when I don't even know if I didn't win this one.

Aliciakeys, who are you talking to? I haven't seen any racist messages on YTV's forum, at least not in this topic. The moderators would probably not allow racism on their forum, and they really shouldn't. I agree with you that we are a multi-cultural country and that everybody should be treated equally, but it's really off-topic.

By the way guys, it's been over 2 months and a half since the Ride the Turbulence contest ended. If it had ended on the date they had written in the rules, it would have been exactly 74 days that we have been waiting. BUT, the contest ended like a week before the told date, so it has been a little longer than that.

YTV is disrespecting us by keeping us waiting like that.
