sorry for the 3rd post. to answer 'Magizble's' but i think there is other way, like kakashi did. There are 2 theories.
1. Kakashi copied the mangekoyu from when he fought Itachi when itachi came back to Konoha is search of Naruto and he altered it so that he did not have to meet the nessicary outcomes to achieve the level of sharingan. Also Kakashi's Sharingan isn't the same as Itachi's BTW, It's diffrent.
And 2. People believe that Obito had met the outcome already to obtain the Mangekoyu before he gave the Sharingan to Kakashi. That is how kakashi obtained it.

1. orochimaru lives in the hidden sound village but he also has several hideouts unknown throughout the lands.
2. the uchiha clan are well known for their sharingan.(dojutsu )
3. the referee were hayate who later was killed by baki. the other one is genma.
4. he graduated at age 7.
5. Mangekyou Sharingan. you have to kill your best friend to obtain it but only in itachi's eyes. kakashi obtained it in a different way and believe sasuke will also too.

Kakashi doesnt have last stage of sharingan and he never will i think so far he doesnt have his sharingan i a real one but he cut his own eye off for that sharingan becauese when his frined obito died he gave his sharingan to kakashi

I know the real reason why kakashi can use the mangekyou sharingan. normally if you do what kakashi did (implant the sharigan) you would not be able to and many think it is because he killed his best friend,that is not true his best friend (who was his ANBU partner) died and told him to take one of his sharingan. so it is partly true that his best friend died, but witnessing him die made him be able to use the mangekyou sharingan.
And that is why kakashi can use the mangekyou sharingan.
