I Thik puppy mills are worse, especilly the ones with little dogs, they found one, with yorkies, and they're hair was so matted and long that most of them couldn't move there leges and they were broken 
Butr thats just my opion, Kitten mills are really horrible too, STop everything like that, it's not possible. zThey hide them it's illegle, but I'll help your efferts

tophat- no it's not Terrible I didn't know what a puppy mill was untill I saw something about it on Oprah. A kitten mill is a place that is illegal, were they keep cats/ dogs in horrible conditions. They keep them in tiny cages and force them to, have kittens/ puppies and then they sell them. This is horrible. Amarica and Canada is working hard to find Kitten/ Puppy mills and rescue the Cats/ dogs and shut the Mill down, and arrest the people.

this is just an urban myth, all these annoying myths on world issues, delete some of them.
yes they probably would be illegal, but no they are most likely very rare.

ryuyasha11- They ARE NOT RARE! Dog mills are more common then kitten mills but they are most truly not RARE They couldn't find Jaycee Lee Dugger for 18 years becuase the kidnapper had a secret second backyard that they kept her in, police didn't loo there becuase it was secret. This is exacly like Puppy/ kitten mills. They are more common then you would think. but they are most surtenly not RARE!
