SHADOW THE HEDGEHOG.
Really. Sega should have seen begging fanboys coming when they only entered one character for the Sonic series in Brawl. Shadow would be nothing like a Sonic clone- Maybe just a few simaler moves, like homing attack and spindash, but nothing too serious.
Silver The Hedgehog.
Durrr. Pyschoknesis (probably mispelled that somewhere.) would be FANTASTIC for SSB4!
Knuckles The Echinda:
Spiky fists. Nuff said.
Roy:
ROY WAS AWESOME IN MELEE.
Marth is ok. Ike is pretty good.

If Sega registers more characters for SSB4, I have a feeling they'd put Metal Sonic in. They've been giving him more roles in recent games then he has.

DK Country series and DK 64 was hugely successful and fun, so the villain should be there. His Final Smash would be the Blast-O-Matic, which fires off a HUGE laser (the thing is huge, plus it was meant to blow up DK Isles), then explodes.
Cranky Kong
LOL kidding
Rosalina
Just good to be in. Her Final Smash could be the Observatory blazing through everyone like it did when you got enough stars to get to Bowser's Galaxy.
Bowser Jr.
No idea why. Just because.
Little Mac
He deserves more respect than an assist trophy! His Final Smash could be a barrage from the enemies attacking your rivals, plus the Triple Star Uppercut.
Spotty Bulborb (adult)
Best. Enemy. In. Pikmin. Ever. Other than Hairy Bulborb. It's Final Smash would be transforming into the Emperor Bulblax so he can lick everyone up and squish 'em!
Titan Dweevil (pikmin)
Uses his treasure weapons. What?

Good news friends! There will be a new SSB game on Wii U and 3DS. There will be some form of connectivity between the two versions. Of course, it won't come out anytime soon. It doesn't even have a name yet! It should be out around 2013.
Masahiro Sakurai (the guy who makes the games) wants a Capcom character in the next game, so we will see where that goes. I hope it's Mega Man!
If third-party characters like Sora and Naruto are your thing, you might want to check out Super Smash Flash 2. It's a fangame that has many characters from different shows and games. It's not finished yet, but it is very fun in it's current state.
