Veebot: Lucky! D: I want to go to the Olympics next time they're in Canada, that would be awesome. 
My favorite winter Olympics event is hockey. I also like moguls, aerials, snowboard cross, speedskating, and pretty much everything actually except for ski jumping. :P I much prefer the winter Olympics to the summer Olympics.

Opal- The leafs just suck. There Coach and Gm were with the Americans in the olympics. So they just need good players.
CandyKid- I'm actualy interested in the paralympics this year. Sledge hockey looks wierd to me so I am going to watch it. So does the skiing. A ski with a chair attached to it? Lets see how that works.

I can't believe that the Olympics are over. I have to get back into the habit of not changing the channel to CTV and watching the sports.
I don't watch sports, ever, so the next hockey game I'll probably be watching will be four years from now in 2014 in Sochi, Russia.
I also agree with Mushy. I prefer the Winter Olympics rather than the Summer Olympics. The Summer Games show the main sports that we as students can sign up for at school. High Jump, Track and Field, Basketball, etc.
The Winter Games show the exact same thing, except on skiis, snowboards, skates, and with a lot of snow. That's the unique thing.
How many of us can say that we've finished a 50-kilometer race on skiis, or went down a long slide going 140km/h with your face an inch above the ground? LOL.

Yah I asked my mom at the end of the closing ceremonies "What shows do we watch" going comepletely blank after watching 2 weeks of olympics. And the Winter Olympics , just like many of you, I prefer more then the Summer Olympics. I think it's just because I'm Canadian and winter is our thing. How well do we do at the Summer Olympics? I'm thinking not great but not bad. I think I might go check and reply back on that. =D

mushroomsamba I don't think you understand me... I didn't GO to the Olympics I joind the crazy street party in TORONTO (i am not trying to sound offensive) that was crazy... The odd part was pretty much after we got out of our hotel we were staying in this guy pulled down his pants and started chanting " Canada is AAAAAAWWWWWWsome" luckily that guy didn't pull down his boxers....... =S

Since Canada beat the world record for most GOLD medals we should come in first not the U......S  yah they have more medals total than us but Canada beat a world record just think whats more important more medals or World record?
