When you make a new topic/reply to one you have to wait x amount of time which can get really frustrating so a solution which money boards (forums) use already is having player moderators.
When people make a new topic/reply it'll happen instantly and if there is anything bad these moderators can clean it up and stuff like that. Or maybe have these player moderators approve the threads/topics to make it go a little bit faster.
Well thats my solution  Anyone else have anything to add?

Ok lets say it takes 6 hours to get something posted on the boards. I'm saying that when you post something on the boards it being a reply to a topic or creating a new topic it should happen instantly. Player moderators could check if these topics so they are appropriate and do the nessecary action such as hiding/deleting them.
Also if they (YTV) don't want to do these they can have player moderators checking replies/topics so they can be posted faster. It's just really fustrating when you have to wait.

Yeah, that could happen but that'd be at fault. They need to choose correct player moderators that are mature and so on, not someone that'll make those choices...
It'd be their job to pick correct player moderators that can get the job done.
