Well, you got too many tribute monsters.More than half the amount of ur monsters are tribute. Thats the only flaw. Otherwise, its not bad and you got 38 cards but your gonna get horus lv6 and armed dragon lv7 so ur ok. i give this 8.5/10

Hey, this deck ain't too bad!
Here are my comments:
- You shouldn't run BOTH Armed Dragon & Horus. They're both decent monsters, but there'll be times when they'll clog up your hand, then realizing that you can't bring them out due to a bad situation.
- Put Twin-Headed Behemoth back in. It's a pretty decent card, and depending on when it's destroyed, you can tribute it (when it comes back, IF it dies that is) for a Horus 6/Armed Dragon 5.
- Take out a Luster Dragon for a Spear Dragon. It never hurts to have a bit of trample. Just be careful of GK Spy's if you play against people who use those.
- A Brain Control to help you bring out the tribute monsters, or just to attack with, doesn't hurt either. This is assuming that you know that you don't HAVE to bring out Horus 6/Armed Dragon 5 through their smaller counterparts.
- Replace Lightning Vortex with Torrential Tribute.
- See if you can fit in any Dust Tornadoes or Royal Decrees, especially if you decide to use Horus.
I'll give this deck a 7.5/10. Great effort! It ust needs tweaking.

I have considered getting a lv10, it has a great effect (It's like a continous lightning vortex) but it's too hard to get it out and I already have too many high lv monsters which means... a good prabability of hand disruption.

Not if you use Level Modulation. For the cost of your opponent gaining two cards, you can summon Armed Dragon (any level) regardless of the things you need to summon it. Good combo with Armed Dragon LV10, especially since I have both those cards.

Still, there's a great possibility of hand dissruption. I rate my own Dragon Deck 4/10. It has no chance of winning a tournament but I like to use it on just-for-fun duels.
