Greetings. About your movie, here's what I've conjured up. Feel free to buster me down on anything you don't like.
Part 1: The Uprising. Bloc Quebecois assassinates Prime Minister. They take the Americans by surprise and invade at all fronts. They take out the main Nuclear factories and bomb the American Military bases. The scattered remains of both Americans and Canadians create a Rebellion to fight off the bloc Quebecois. (I'm thinking something along the lines of Prisoner of War camps in Manitoba or something)
Part 2: Open Revolt. The Rebels acquire key points in Canada to actually forge an open Rebellion. Meanwhile, France has allied up with Quebec to conquer Europe. While trying to hold off Mexico from the Rebels, the French from France "accidently" stumble upon Area 51. They penitrate, and the secrets unfold.
Part 3: Death From Above. The Aliens have regrouped with the fleet and they are flying into Earth's skies. Somehow, the armies must defend themselves, while crushing each other.
I really don't know about Part III. I was running out of ideas.

Hey,

For my book i had initially though of it being a war in between Canada and the U.S.
I chose the Bloc Quebecoise for bad guys because they want to separate Quebec and that would just tear Canada apart.
Maybe for part three: Now that the entire woerld has been plunged into war people must take sides.
Bloc Quebecois side: Italy, China, Nazis(I'll explain), Illuminati, Klu Klux Klan, Cuba, and some other smaller European and African countries.
America's side: England (the Bloc Quebecois attacked England as a sign of independance), France(Revenge on the Nazis), Australlia, America, Mexico, Japan, Russia, UN, among others.
Okay about the Nazis they resurfaced in Germany we'll say. A Nazi soldier was goiven orders by Hitler incase they lose to bring the nazis back to power in secret.

Ah...Yes. Perfect.
So, no Resistance strike force? I mean, for a movie, there has to be some main characters.
The reason I thought of having the Americans with the Canadians...not Quebecois...is the American military. Do you mean Canada vs. The US? What of people from Ontario and all that?
And what of the secrets from Area 51? Aliens, I might imagine.

I have three books to be written before that one anyway.

Greetings
I've come up with some utterly pointless thoughts. Ahem, let's roll 'em starting from the top.
Quebec City, Quebec, 2034 CE
Man in suit approaches Man 2. Man 2 is the leader of Quebec. They conserve in French accents. Then a third man comes in dressed as a military General. The conversation then ends with Man 2 saying: Get them ready, and prepare to move out.
Then the camera fades in to different shots of soldiers moving around, training, tanks moving out, Submarines in their sub pens. (You know in Indiana Jones, when they are traveling, you see the map and the image playing behind it? Like that...)
So, in the foreground, Quebec is preparing for war, and in the background, there are various going-ons. You see the close up of a Submarine Commander, giving orders in French, a Naval Officer saying things also in French, like: Set a course: (Blah blah blah)
Camera moves back to the 2 men earlier.
Man 1: At your command.
Man 2: *Curt nod at the Military General*
General: Salute and grin.
Then the title screen comes into view...I'm thinking sort of the eclipse technique.
I'll continue in another post...

News report:

I'm currently working oin a book thayt will take place in the distant future where the world will be plunged into utter choaus. Earth will be a land of destruction, pain, death, suffering, and conpiracies.
It will be a major war with very few countries not dominated by the bad guys. Although I don't want to say to much. There could be others watching lol.

Yeah. I'm hoping for it to be like Microsoft... but I want to really only specialize in Computer/Video games and accessories. Not computers and that.
No, my game will kind of sound cliche... but it goes like this:
I have to work out all the kinks.
An alien race, the Zeatorgs (My friend made that name up), are currently chasing another race (now this is where I'm stuck. Before, I wanted to make them more parasitic... but now, I see them more "religious" and magical...)
Anyway, the Absentse (Another of my friend's names) come to Earth secretly. When the Zeatorgs come in, the United Earth Alliance sees them as a threat and begins to fire upon the fleet.
Of course, the Zeatorgs didn't bring their whole fleet out, because the rest are back at the homeworld. They retreat, getting ready for a full scale invasion. (sp? Pfft. I can't believe I forgot how to spell it)
Right. So, the UEA finds the Absentse, and wants to destroy them. See, the UEA is made up of 3 divisions. The third division doesn't want to destroy the Absentse. They think the Absentse could help... in some ways. They abandon the UEA and become the Rebel force with aid of the Absentse. So, there's some conflict around Earth. Then, the Zeatorgs come back with their fleet and begin to break through the orbital defenses and land on Earth...
End Part 1 of Campaign? I was thinking for this to become a Trilogy... but a game works good too.

While fighting, something happens... haven't really figured out what, and then the 1st division betrays the 2nd Division of the UEA. I was thinking of a cutscene where on all towns and stuff, some citizens are trying to escape, and are being gunned down...
So, the Rebels and the Absentse help the 2nd division, and fight off the 1st division.
All right. Then, all right, after a few mission of that, the 2nd division wins, and all the 1st division troops are executed...
The UEA... there is no more UEA. There is only the 2nd division left to fight against the Zeatorgs with the weaker Rebel force and the Absentse.
So... there's a little bit more. But I was wondering if maybe you wanted to help with the storyline. I've got all the gameplay down in my head.
I was thinking:
1st Campaign: You use the 1st Division to fight the Rebel Forces and Absentse.

Leader two dashs to the window. He sees some mutants dressed in a (Whatever colored uniforms you want division one to have) uniforms. each of them armed with a laser blaster.
The intercom buzzes on: Sir we sent all our weapons to the troops. We're sunk.
Leader 2: No we have a chance remember those prehistoric guns we confinscared from those gangsters.
Intercom: The Venom blaster 4000s?
Leader two. i know guns then need reloads are pretty pathetic compared to lazers but at least it doesn't matter where the Venom Blasters 4000 hit the venom kills then in seconds.
Intercom: Okay sir your the boss.
Leader 2: Thanks security.
Mission I: Stop division one from invading division two's HQ.
