which upcoming console do you think has the best design so far? in my opinion i think that ps3 has the best design by far. ps3 has a new controler design while xbox 360 still stays with their old controller-s style. also ps3 looks more futuristic. GO PS3!

I would choose the PS3, though it has this rather strange curve on the top surface of the console, which is slightly awkward.
The Xbox 360, it has that indented bit (It's indented right? I can't tell from the pictures) and I'm not exactly fond of it.
But both of their controllers could stand to use a little work. D:

even though i like the stuff on revolution better, and the design too. I would say the xbox 360 has the best design out of the two.

the reason why i didn't include the nintendo revolution in this topic is because nintendo hasn't released enough information about the console itself. the only thing that they released were a few images but no specs. and we don't even know what the contollers will look like. anyways sony and microsoft seem like a closer rival than the revolution is to them (even though revolution is as great as sony or microsoft it's just that sony and microsoft are very similar which is why they make good rivals).

he's talking about the new PS3 controlers. they sorta look like boomerangs. all they did was extend the handles and curve the controler a bit more.

I'd choose the PS3. It does have an award design (both the console and controller) but the XBOX360 looks too... normal to me. They're both all right, but nothing too great.
When I looked at the PS3 controller and thought about it, it kind of reminded me of the N64 controller. No, really. Think about it... the boomarang style controller is somewhat similar to the N64 controller's design, without the middle section where the joystick was on the N64 controller. Do you see it? However, the PS3 controllers don't appear to be as comfortable as the N64's, since it doen't look like it "molds" into your hands, if you know what I mean.
