Because Kaiba took most sharehold of the company (well it had 49% and Mokuba had 2% so Mokuba gave it to Kaiba) and then Gozabura jumped out a window! or if you go by the dubbed he went missing or something. But he really jumped out a window!

Well, he kinda turned his life around and then took it from Gorsaboro.
But in my oppinion(if it counts) i think that Gorsabro deserved it! I mean, he used Kaiba, gave up on his own son Noah! And then also used Noah to trap Kaiba and the others in Cyber World!

It was Gosoboro's 6 years ago. But then Kaiba brought it from him and kicked him out! When he was but a child too. Then Gosoboro put himshelf into the virthoul world to get his revenge, but Noah stopped him. It officialy is Kaiba's for the taking now. Ofcaurse it alway's has been.

Kaiba owns KAIBACORP. because Seto Kaiba maneges to make KAIBACORP. men to give Seto thier parts of KAIBACORP. and in doing so Seto owned more of the corparation then Mr.Kaiba, Gozburo, and toke over it! also if you would have seen the episodes when he was on KAIBACORP. Island you would of saw that Noha like killed him :P

okey i will try, okey! kaiba used his stratagie to buy 51% of the kaiba corp and gozoboro got 49%,so as gozoboro promised, kaiba get the kaiba corp.

Kaiba owns KC because Gosaboro used everyone around him and ruined more than a few lives (example:Allister) and treated Seto and Mokuba like dirt,so Seto bought 49% then Mokuba gave him the last 2% he needed for a complete takeover.
Personally,I think a takeover and company change should have happened ages ago.

besides having the more sharehold of KaibaCorp. Seto was also at present Gozeburo's heir because Noa was gone, so he would have inherited everything anyway. but in general Seto(and Mokuba =3) bought out the whole company.

he got it because he knew what the company was doing was wrong. so he took hold of kaiba corp and turned it into what it is today. also he did have only 49% of the shares that he gianed from the Big 5, and he got what his little brother Mokuba had too. which was 2%. so i hoped i helped answer your question!

i_m_awesome i think that he does but maybe only a small portion of it like you know. he doesn't own alot i don't think but ya if he doesn't kaiba shouldv'e given him some of the shares!
