Ok... so this is a topic where people (who have the Wii) explain what the Wii is like (is the control any good? Is it fun? Any mysterious errors? Is it worth it? So, while the people who have the Wii describe what they feel about the Wii, us other people who don't have the Wii can ask questions, put our input into this topic, or just read to see what it's like.
Okay, so I made this topic look very complicated-ish, but basically all you have to do is talk about the Wii... and its gameplay

Well currently I'm taking a break from Zelda and I'm happy to answer this topic. Surprisingly I thought it would be a lot more fun when I got it. Eventually it got as fun as I hoped it was because it takes about 5 minutes to master the basic controls and about 30 minutes to actually feel good about it. Wii Sports was the 1st game I played. I’m very impressed with the tennis, bowling, and boxing games. The golf game it’s too hard to not hit too hard. The baseball game is like real baseball and you have to be at the perfect angle and everything and actually hit. After that I played Zelda for a long time. The free hand controls aren’t what you might think. You swing the Wii-mote horizontally to do a horizontal slash, swing vertically to do vertical slash, swing the Nun Chuck horizontally a few times to do a spin slash, to stab you have to target with Z and jab forward, finally to do a jump slash you just target and press A. There are 6 hidden moves to learn. I’ve only got one and it’s when an enemy is almost dead on the ground you target and press A to stab them. Other than that you swing the Wii-mote to take out the sword, the slingshot and boomerang is like using a light gun. I’ve played Zelda for a total of 7 hours now and I’ve only beaten the 1st dungeon because I’ve refused to go on the internet and ask for help or buy the guide book. Oh well, I’m going to sleep soon so I can get rid of this cold from standing in line for 18 hours.

Well, it's best to stay a few feet away from the TV. That'll improve your pointing. Wii sports is pretty good. The controls are hard to get used to and very sensitive, but I got the hang of it. Miis are fun to make. My bro and I have already made 20. I haven't hooked it up to the internet yet. The controller is very light, the console is heavier than i thought, but other than that, the wii looks just like it does in those glossy photos. Wii is pretty fun, but wii sports boxing was a disappointment. I hope everybody else who didn't get one on launch gets it soon and hooks it up to the internet to enjoy the wii further.

Haha! Finally tried a Wii! At EB Games! They asked for a drivers license! So I asked my mom... played Excite truck for... 10-15min? It was fun, but I'd prefer to play TP or Wii Sports. (More action). Oh, and for you people who have Excite truck, is it easier to turn when you hold the Wiimote vertically (buttons are facing you), or horizontally (buttons are facing up)? I found it easier when I made it face towards me, and turning it like a steering wheel... (lifting the sides instead of rotating them... if you know what I mean)
