SEGA DREAMCAST is a discointinued system! No new games! Yes it was better than PS2 for about a month but no one cares about Saga anymore. The only thing people like about Saga is Sonic!

DC didnt have great graphic or anything, it was just cheap, and very easy to pirate. It did have a few very nice games though.

Oh yeah, I remember seeing a DC commercial ONCE....just once. What caused the system to do so poorly? The games? Graphics? Or did no one buy one? lol

The reason the system was discontinued is because Microsoft bought Sega out. They had alot of fun games on it though.

The system was discontinued because, like the X-Box, the console itself lost money and they hoped to make up for it with game sales, but instead of buying Dreamcast consoles and games, most people saved up for the far more powerful, more modern PS2 which was released the next year. After losing several hundred million dollars, Sega decided to cut their losses, stop producing consoles, and just make games. They didn't sign a contract with Microsoft until much later and MS had nothing to do with the end of the DC.
