Overall, this year’s Anime North has been very enlightening and relaxing for me. Seeing how the fans interact gives me a chance to look at fans in a new perspective. All the fans I encountered are friendly and they have also demonstrated their capacity for good. Even though I have been attending every Anime North, fans always find a way to create new never before seen character costumes. Even though Anime North is done for this year, fans are already making plans for next year with the costumes and hotel bookings. Even though there is not a lot of anime on TV, the flames of passion continues to grow in our fans. I also want to give a huge thank you to the Anime North staff and volunteers, without them we would not have an Anime North convention at all. I have seen the tireless efforts and meetings the staff goes through each year and I am proud I have gotten to know them a lot more now. They always strive to find ways to make Anime North enjoyable for the fans as much as possible. What is also impressive about Anime North is how the convention creates a micro-economy setting in the surrounding hotels and restaurants. What would be your plans for next year’s Anime North?

It was not the best anime north that i attended, it was not the first, but it was worthwhile. Nothing spectacular happened to me while I was there this year, but at the same time I was not bored at all. It was decent, just a normal convention as it should be. I spend the money I saved up on stuff that I actually don't regret buying now aha. As for next year, well i can't make plans this early but i definitely will be there and i just hope that we all stay safe and out of harms way for another year till next May

I've been to Anime North a few times in recent years. Once with my brother. It was good the first couple years, but by year three, I was really just going for the vendors. So much good stuff. I never have enough money. :P
