Hello YTV members! I am here to bring you the Keep It Weird! Project. For those who don't know, Keep It Weird! was YTV's former style. This style contained tons of great shows and awesome bumpers, like creative creatures and techno robots. The current logo looks as if it was designed to appeal to older audiences. I am in that category and to be fully honest, I don't find it very appealing. I did some research and I found out that I am not the only one who thinks so. The old bumpers were appealing to all ages. They were original, creative, and enjoyable. The shows were also fantastic! Now, the only shows that are still around from when Keep It Weird! was around are Fairly OddParents and SpongeBob SquarePants. Now, what's the Keep It Weird! Project?

The Keep It Weird! Project is an idea I had in April of 2011. The idea is to have a new three day programming block on YTV called "Keep It Weird!" that would run on Fridays from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM (cancelling out Big Fun Weeknights for one day), Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM (following CRUNCH), and Sundays from 4:00 AM to 2:00 PM (right before Big Fun Movies). This block would contain only shows and bumpers from YTV's past, with the exception of ads and YTV Promos for other shows on other time periods. Some would argue that this would be pointless because of "WayBack PlayBack", but think about it. Not everybody has fast enough internet to view the shows they put on, and some don't have internet at all.

Most people with cable have YTV, but not Nickelodeon, which gives reason to bring some shows from there back to YTV, such as ChalkZone. What about anime? There is barely any on YTV anymore since Bionix was cancelled. During the Keep It Weird! block, shows from Bionix, such as InuYasha could play in the early/late hours, which gives more satisfaction.

Wait a second. How can YTV fit enough retro shows into such a small 3 day period? Simple. A four week cycle. Every week for four weeks, the schedule could change, giving YTV the chance to cram as many shows a possible. After week four, the cycle will repeat and go back to week one. Now I want some of your input. After months of research, I've finally come out with this idea. I would love any suggestions or feedback. If you are in favour of this idea, please support this project!

You can support this project by finding KeepItWeirdProject on YouTube, subscribing (if you can), and finding the link to the petition on the channel page. Please use your YTV username when signing. I have a list of shows that could return. Please comment with any feedback or show ideas that I can use to add to the list. Because, GoodGuy21, there would not be enough time to fit enough old shows into a one day block. It doesn't have to be an alliteration. Three days is not even enough, which is why it would be on a four week cycle. Because, GoodGuy21, there would not be enough time to fit enough old shows into a one day block. Penguinlover85: Of course I'd agree! The project is supposed to run three times a week: Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Penguinlover85: Of course I'd agree! The project is supposed to run three times a week: Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

yeah after YTV abandoned its keep it weird style, the programing they show went downhill. Most modern shows are hollow and lack depth, just cheap humor and no real plot or storytelling elements. Oh well i guess we just need to wait a decade until YTV realizes how much they failed and go back to their old style. yeah after YTV abandoned its keep it weird style, the programing they show went downhill.
