what happend to yugioh it used to be so cool but know the 5d's yugioh fails to compare to the original there's no yugi, millenium items (e.g millenuim puzzle etc.),kyba, grandpa and basically everyone! its like an entire new show! now all it is, is oh there's a dude named yusai oh no i have to go on a duel runner. i give it -2 of 10 and plus the cards now suck! [/SIZE]

Well, the original series ended. Atem, the Pharaoh trapped within the Millennium Puzzle was finally allowed to rest after a concluding duel with Yugi. Its storyline concluded.
The same happened to GX. Though, the final season was never dubbed into English it concludes with Jaden/Yubel dueling Yugi.
So now we have 5Ds. Which itself will conclude shortly in Japan to make way for Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal.

yes that is true but they could have a episope where yugi muto comes back and the pharoh bracks out of the millenium puzzle and then they renunight and all their friends are back and then they own yusi and yugi bairly would have had to do pretty anything. lifted

not exactly, the millennium items are lost forever (permanently sealed away) and pharohs spirit is basically freed from this world. Yugi and Jaden duel and Jaden loses. 5D takes place in the future so yugi is probably like 70 years old, that is why they will never make him come back. They got the movie where the 3 of them battle together tho. The best we can hope for is a new series that takes place right after yugi wins against pharoh, and from there they can start a new adventure of just yugi, and his friends w/o the pharoh, but the shows main focus is to promote cards for kids to buy so a season from the past would mean old cards, then they would need to reprint for ppl to buy or not make a show like that all together.

kazuki takahashi (the creator of yu-gi-oh) did not want so many spinoffs. he wanted it to originally end with GX...you guys should really read the manga or watch it subbed.
just so you know, the subbed versions are way better because they exclude the cheesy 4kids dialogue.

On the other hand, I would be very excited if YTV decide to re-broadcast the original yugioh in all it glory (that would make me go back and start watching Saturday morning cartoons again)
