jinx-Yoiu know many people so you can set up the spirit days etc.that the secretary gives you and you are good working with people so your two partners are rainbow and the secretary.
rainbow-I know you will do this well.Here's how the chain will go":People will see the secretary with there ideas.Two or three ideas will be voted upon for once or twice a month when we will have special days.The secretary will deliver the results to jinx and she will find out the time and place/forum for these parties whatever.Rainbow you will know all this one week prior to the event and will advertise saying wheteher it is a members only or a everyone event.
