Well, it's odd to me. Especially since this has happened since grade three. I know that sometimes girls mature faster than boys, but grade three seems a bit absurd.
For me, I had my first crush when I was in grade six and it lasted three years. The second crush I had is still kind of ongoing, and it has been for two years. But, I'm beginning to return to the feelings I had for my first crush, even though I know neither of them like me back.
So, I don't know. If it's normal for you, then that's okay. Personally, I've only ever had crushes on two people and those have both lasted for multiple years.

Well... It's never been normal for me, and I'm your age, but for most people I suppose it is. Like, seriously, I bet 70% of the girls I know have had over 20 crushes.

It's completely normal. Don't listen to any of them. I sometimes have that. Just don't act on them, or you may end up breaking some people's hearts.

It's totally normal. As you grow and mature you'll gain more experiences and find yourself liking different types of people. There's nothing wrong with liking someone, or multiple people at once. Being young is all about learning about different types of people.
If you really like someone, especially if it's been going on for awhile then try to get to know them more. If you feel lke your not ready to date yet you could just hang out with the person. Not all relationships have to be romantic, but the best of romances are based on friendship. Try to find out something new about the person. What's their favourite food? Do they play any instruments or sports? Be their friend first. That could be an experience on it's own.
