I found 'Nevermind' in our CD collection and tried to listen to it.
It was... kinda boring, honestly. =/

Smells Like Teen Spirit is pretty much every fans favorite song. It just seems so unoriginal because of that. The band it's self is good.

I must say that I was never particularly interested in Nirvana until I began reading, 'Heavier Than Heaven. A Biography of Kurt Cobian by: Charles R. Cross'.
A majority of Nirvana's music is good but some if it is sort of boring like redfox32228 mentioned.
Plus, Kurt was some what of a brat in my opinion.

No, I don't neccessarly think he was, as you put it, "half emo". I do really think that he was a brat as a kid and brought most of his trouble upon himself. Sure he went through a sucky childhood where his parents went through a messy divorce, but he could've lived with the fact that it wasn't his fault even if he didn't believe it most of the time.
No one brought up the topic of him commiting suicide or not. In my opinion, like yours, I think he did not kill himself. Like you said, it would be nearly impossible to shoot yourself using a shotgun.
But I won't go into detail about the death of K. Cobain.

And PLEASE stop using the word emo, until you actually know what it is supposed to mean. It doesn't mean anyone that's sad, it refers to a particular sub-culture, of which most of the people you accuse of being emo do not belong to(ie. Kurt Cobain, Three Days Grace, etc, etc, etc.).

oh oh HEY 3 days grace is emo dont deny that... but theyre still really good. i know who emos are. its just that before his death KC was acting kinda weird, always trying to overdose on drugs and for some reason he hated the crowds, he wanted to like them but hated them or something, its really hard to explain my thought...

They aren't dude... Honestly... LOOK IT UP! It's not even an opinion thing. It is a plain, undeniable fact that Three Days Grace is not emo, and does not play emo music. Do some research on it... PLEASE(and random blogs you find with seach engines are not reliable sources)... lol...
