Will Jiraya be able to survive against one of his former students and not to mention that maybe Pein may help to take him down. Another question: Why does Pein call Jiraya "Jiraya Sensei"? Hes from the rain village so how could have Jiraya taught him if he wasn't from the leaf village. Wonder if Tobi is really Uchiha Madara too. So many questions o so little time XD.

372 came out, so that answers a few of your questions.
And Jiraiya is done for. He had a flashback scene, and once you have that, you know the guy's gonna die.
It's a bit different for the Akatsuki though. First, they always win their first battle, and they must take off their cloak before they die.

Jiraya is fighting Conan right now and pein callls him jiraya sensei becuase when him, oro and tsunade were a tem they went by there at the time of the war. Jiraya is going to help them and then teach them nijutsu because they lost their parents and also pein is a freaky shape shifting dude...
