The Wii is online too people, just not any online games yet. Wii, I haven't found a DS game that will make me play it again and again for awhile. Wii Sports is a game that I can always play no matter how many times I played it.

Umm..............
I can't say much about this because it's very difficult to compare a portable system and a game console. I mean both have pros and cons. Wii has a good amount of games and will have a lot more in the future. It also has some pretty good features. The DS is a portable gaming system you can play anywhere and has that online connection. The Wii, well it is pretty weak in multimedia features like thew 360 and PS3. The DS has a pretty weak graphic engine, but that's the thing it's just a portable system.
The skinny: No opinion. If the DS were a regular game console, the Wii would be my choice hands down. But this is an invalid poll.
