It really depends. If Naruto can get to his nine-tailed transformation then Inuyasha will have absolutely no chance.

i go with naruto winnin as bout 95%[where i currently am(manga 354, shippuden 14)] and inuyasha 5% reasons: naruto has better moves he can just go use taijuu kage bunshin no jutsu(clones) and get two clones to put chakara in his palm, then go fuuton rasen shuriken! and pwn inuyasha. or use the kyuubi and get a massive amount of chakara and then rasengan inuyasha then win. there r many more ways. inuyasha may b able to kongosohoha(or watever it was called) naruto but naruto can just realease the kyuubi and kill inuyasha

*sigh*...time for another of my non-biased posts. But first....
I just hate seeing these posts, two perfectly good animes fighting against each other, I don't know if you really mean it, or just want to see other's responses, if the latter, good for you, if the former, go get a life.
Anyways, there are two sides to this. I don't know if you mean the PEOPLE from Naruto vs. the People from Inu, but if so, Inu would own bad. You know why? I really don't think all those jutsus and all that can kill a few easy million, I mean, have you ever even seen the size of the armies of the Daimyos in Inu? Friggin huge! Inu would drastically own by numbers, but Naruto has some great people too. However, Naruto Ninjas are better suited for those one on one situations, I mean, try Genjutsu on a few million, I don't think so.
However, if you were to mean one on one Inuyasha vs. Naruto, it would be the exact opposite of the last paragraph. I agree, Naruto has some odd yet powerful pwnage skills. In the early battle, it would be probably a tie, not like you guys say, PWNED, but Inuyasha will be "soundly defeated" in the end, due to Naruto's extreme skills. It's just too big a difference.
But you see, this isn't possible, I mean, you can't expect one on one with two characters from seperate shows, and Inu and Naruto barely go alone, they always have somebody accompanying them. Besides, the second a ninja comes into the Inu World (Sengoku Era Japan BTW), Naraku would probably show up in the blink of a second and absorb said ninja, thus gaining his/her/its skills.

I used to like InuYasha but then I missed waaaay too many episodes and got left behind. ;"( Anyway, InuYasha is finished now so I've moved on to Naruto. SO NARUTO ALL THE WAY! I also like the ending theme to Naruto in the Japanese version.
