hey there,
well when i was little i used to watch great shows such as knights of the zodiac, powerstone and other shows which were both very interesting and awesome! But now, all i see are Spongebob, Fairy godparents and other shows which basically has no meaning or any type of stpryline to it. I think that Kids these days need to watch the previous cartoons rather than the new ones like spongebob and disneyshows...Those were the best type of cartoon which anybody could watch

Agreed. YTV stands for Youth TeleVision, while most of the shows are for the age group seven to eleven maximum. The only actual show we have now for older audiences would be Bleach. And I'm not into Bleach that much caused I missed like five episodes at the beginning so I'm lost XD. As for when I was growing up we had stuff like Are you Afraid of the Dark?, Freaky Stories(for the win :P), Buffy the Vampire slayer, and Big Wolf on Campus. Now we have those shows like SpongeBob and FOP. Don't get me wrong, at times they can be funny. But I'm just throwing it out there that we need shows designed for older audiences. And don't laugh at me because every so often I find a joke or two on FOP funny :P

If they make shows for older youth, then the younger won't have time to watch the shows they want to watch. And some of the older youth shows are not very meaningful either.

As much as I love the cartoons 'these days', I too, miss the old cartoons. You got attached to them so much! The sad part is tons of shows got taken off ytv that should have stayed! I think they should bring back the old shows. Because people really dont know what they're missing! Although some shows are coming back, but just slightly because i see most of them at night time. And there was this show that kind of drifted away but then came back which I was happy to see.

I mainly watch Life with boys,iCarly and Victoiris.i personaly think that ytv should get rid of all that Cartoon stuff i use to like it but now i am 10 i hate it.
