They are actully spell cards. They don't look normal though. This is there effect. Send a certain card to the graveyard to play a new monster. Like dark magicain girl the dragon knight.

The Legendary Dragons don't have any attack points since they aren't monster cards. Several web sites list them as "Special Cards" so they aren't magic cards either. Anyways, here are roughly their effects:
The Eye of Timeaus combines with any monster to create a new one.
The Claw of Hermos combines with any monster to form an equip spell card.
The Fang of Critias combines with any trap card to form a new monster.
As for the knights, I believe they were each shown with an ATK of 2800 on the show.

im not really sure if they actually do have any atk and def. points.
i just think they're almost liek magic cards or somethin like that.
