I've decided to start a Naruto Showdown for the year 2008. Yes, the polls will be open all-year-round for you to vote for your favorite characters, jutsus, teams, etc.
Voting Rules and Regulations:
1. You may only vote once a week
2. Votes can be of either -2/-1/+1/+2 (no higher, no lower)
3. Any character/jutsu/team/etc. with less than 20 votes after the first week will be eliminated
