do you mean you can't get up the dumbwaiter? well there's a door in the kitchen to your right it's a bit hard to see but it's still in sight.

Ok, your on the dumbwaiter,you go to a bedroom and pick up an electrode
go to the pop machine and pick up a key go stright across in the hallway to a room and pick up a red gem,unlock the jail door,go up,on the side of the hallway,there's a flashlight,pick it up,go the opposite way down the hallway,into a living room,go stright across to another room,click the
room,pick up the pail,plunger,and blue gem,go to the bathroom,go up to the
toilet,go up to the toilet again to get a yellow gem,go to the tub and fill up the pail with water,go
stright across the hallway,put out the fire,go up the ladder,go to the seceret
door,and BO0M,your to the 2nd part of the game!
