ok... well if you're just talking about the animes that YTV is showing, I'd say Bleach ^^ (both are getting long though... like Bleach has some really boring fillers, and Naruto is becoming another Inuyasha XD)
if you mean any anime... I'd go with Matantei Loki Ragnarok (but it's way too hard to really choose).

All anime is really great but my all time favorite is Naruto! I read and i watch it too! Naruto is my life! In 2nd are bleach and full metal alchemist ( even though i didn"t see fma or bleach from the beggining lol)

Seriously, there isn't one anime that is the best out of all of them, but there are several titles that are considered to be among the best. The above anime, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, is one such title, as well as various titles, such as Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, Death Note, Honey & Clover, FMA, Cowboy Bebop, I could go on & on & on. =P
