YES IT'S TRUE I DIDN'T BELEIVE IT EITHER
A new series of FullMetal Alchemist is coming out.
This one WILL start anew, but... It will follow the manga more closely than the anime did. Post thoughts and/or comments on this. I'm estatic and it's supposedly going to air this April or next April. It's english title is confirmed to be Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. I simply cannot wait.

i can't wait for it either! it's still my fav anime even though i watched it more than a year ago.
i think it comes out this april cuz i checked a release schedule for this year's anime and FMA was on it. i know this has nothing to do with this topic, but a new season of la corda d'oro is coming out as well as the new bleach movie "Fade to Black I Call Your Name" omg i can't wait! XD

i've watched the first 2 episodes, and the first one was completely original - probably to seem interesting. but the second ep was EXACTLY like the manga, it was really good! like the examination test is diffferent, the flashback is different.... its all different and yet the same ^_^ LOVE IT!

I've watched the first two episodes as well, and I do agree that this new series is awesome! I loved the manga, and the first episode went pretty well. The second episode went a bit differently than the manga, as the flashbacks don't really start until later, but the flashbacks were the same, the episode is good itself, and next episode is the 'first chapter in the manga, so everything should follow really closely to the manga. :3 I can't wait to see everything animated!~ I agree, I LOVE IT! XD

lol yoshi i wasnt sure what i typed exactly true, havnt read the first volumes in a while - just guessed from what i remember XD
and i LOVE the opening & ending song! the opening is like, intensish, and the ending is real cute! do you like them yoshi?

Yeah, I love the ending song and animation. The animation is so cute! :3 And the song's good, too. (I wanna download it now... I must be patient until the full version comes...) I like the opening animation, but I don't really like the artist or the song..(they made that one song for Bleach too, right? Rolling Star... my least favourite Bleach opening.. I'm pretty consistant with the hate here).. and it seemed more ending-ish song to me... Oh well... *sigh*
Yes! All right! Can't wait for the next episode! One day! Yay! (Btw, i'm just putting off homework here... XD) And here comes the beginning of the manga, truely!

so glad.... i would be more inthusiastic, but its almost 1:30 am and im really tired... woke up too earrly today... i mean yesterday... cant go to bed yet though.
back on topic, i guess it does sound ending ish.... but i dont really pay attention to too many of the artist ^_^ i do to some though.

I don't normally pay attention to many artists, either... just if they develop a pattern then I either download all I can find (like I did with kotoko, Lia and Nana Mizuki) or ignore tham completely, although that artist is the only one I can think of where there's a consistant hate. This song's better than Rolling Star, though, but I still don't like it that much...
Btw, the third episode was awesome! I thought'd be following the path of the manga, and do an exact copy of the last anime one, but they made it different and not boring! The one case where I find it alright 'cause I've already seen the same thing twice; in both anime and manga form! And they kept the main parts the same! Yay!
