Definately a better deck than most of the other people.
There are still flaws, however:
1. Which format are you playing with? You have some of the banned cards in your deck.
2. You have WAY too many monsters. 35 monsters is insane. Lower it to about 17-20.
3. You don't have enough magic cards. Take out some monsters for cards like Graceful Charity, Swords of Revealing Light, and premature Burial.
4. Your deck seems to lack a theme. it does seem like a beatdown deck, but then you throw in stuff like Grave Ohja & Mystical Knight of Jackel, which are either not very good or belong in its own deck.
5. You run too few Light monsters. If you want to summon the big BLS, take out some Dark monsters for Light monsters.
6. Run Ring of Destruction instead of Shadow Spell.
I'll give this deck 2.8/5, because it's decent, but too big & has too many themes in one deck.

BusterBlader126, it doesn't matter if you don't enter tournaments. A deck can have them even if they're banned. I have banned cards in my deck and I miss all of the tournaments!

I know it doesn't matter if he doesn't enter tournaments; some local tournaments even use the Traditional format.
But if you're playing in a specific format, it will matter. If 2 people dueled, one using banned cards & one person that didn't, the one who does use banned cards will usually have an easier time winning. That wouldn't be fair now, would it?

Hey, SamuraiPlekk, the changes BB126 suggested will also make this deck run a little more smoothly, and just a little faster. Even if goreboy doesnt go to any local tournaments, then he could at least have a better deck.
