ok here is what happened now, well at my computer the game is installed but the graphics are crap and its really slow and my computer isnt slow! its 160 gb but i 4get the hard drive cuz im not there at the moment.
Problem 2
i tried to install the game at the place im stayin but there is an error when installing, when it gets to like 8% and its on resÉsoundÉvoice package 1 thing it stops and say there is an error would you like to continue the installation or cancel when u click retry 5 seconds later the same things happen! i looked it up on there websites and scratches says it will be harmfull and there is a pretty big (not deep) scratch. i tried cleaning the disc with a srath removel and it still happens i tried it on a different computer and the same thing happens so i no it is thje disc s0o can u plzz help me! also do u have to pay to register to the sims website

For the lagging speed, and think it may be that your processor speed may not be fast enough. I don't know about the graphics. If you can see them, maybe it isn't so bad.
Because with Indiana Jones, the game wouldn't even start for me.
For Alice, it gets to a part, then crashes.
Warcraft III wouldn't start either.
It was the graphics card problem.

maybe us should try changing the game for a new one (if u bought a guarinnty) well i dunno wat is happening cuz i bought and it works just fine
