Hey, although I don't mind the increase in Anime Shows on YTV, I also want Case Closed back on the air. If it has over 400 shows in Japan, why did they cancel it?

I want Detective Conan back too.
macloko: YTV only got the first 26 eps to test it, to see whether or not it would be popular enough. However, it got shifted to 12:00 AM on Fridays due to the major schedule change YTV made in June because they didn't make their CanCon quota. Now, it's on hiatus. Hopefully, it'll come back.

though i didn't watch it i don't understand how it didnt do so well...
But the midnight show time, i think thats a little late, i know i tape shows after 11pm. For a show with such a HUGE Japanese following, you think Canada would be into it!

I'm also pretty surprised at how fast it went off over here. I was kind of expecting more fandom for this one 'cause its a really populer show. It might be because of the dubbing and the way all the names were changed. personally, I liked the japanese version better, but that might have been because I watched that version first.

I'm just surprised that it was moved to 12:00AM. It's a childrens show in Japan, so I've no idea why it's on so late. In other news, my soccer team finaly won a game. LOL

I want Case Closed back too D: It probably wasn't popular because it was on at midnight. But thats my FAVOURITE show xD I watched up to 126 or something, then youtube got sued or something and no more case closed/detective conan D:

I want this show back on too.. i mean seriously... its not going to be watched WIDELY if its on late at night...
they should extend their anime shows... i mean put more on rather than sme of the others they have on....
dectective conan is very popular in japan.. pretty much anyone who watches some tv or something has heard of it... it makes me sad that they tookit off the air.....
