Max345>>> LCD screens are made up of millions of little dots called "pixels". Dead pixels are pixels that don't move and are usually black, red, or green and they're pretty much stuck like that permanently.

For some reason, I have a hard time believing 59672... 20 dead pixels on the screen is less likely than you winning the lottery. Anyway, if there were the RARE case that that would've happened, the store that you bought it from will gladly exchange it.
About the five games...Maybe you're just careless or clumsy...I had about three to five games since the PSP's launch and they all work perfectly. Plus, the casing around the UMDs will prevent the disk from damage...I don't know about you guys, but I smell a liar...

Wow. It's realy hard to break a PSP game (or the PSP for that matter) with out takeing care of it. You must not treat your things with care for that to happen. Or did you just take the games out of the white plastic case. If so, you brought that uppon your self. Plus I'm sure they are just stuck pixles. You can fix thoes with a video to get them unstuck. Also, just stop the DS/PSP wars! They are both equal.

Exactly why you should have gotten a DS. Nintendo makes very firm and strong game systems. Games don't break or scratch easily and the games are a whole whack of FUN :P

kk

ps. get mario kart ds for ds if you don't have it. it's a great game! online is awesome!
