Umm ill go for dub because i can actually watch the show and admire its good animation. TBH after watching anime for a long time, I stopped caring, since i go through the subs really quickly without trying too hard and still have time to look at the picture. So no big deal but if i must choose then DUB just b/c i can eat while watching lol

Honestly, it depends on the anime. I mean, for shows like Bleach, subs are way better. But for shows like Black Butler, dubs are better.
Of course, dubs are usually more reserved and involves less cuss words than subs. So if you really want the raw story (but too lazy to read the manga), I would say subs, but if you really want to hear and understand it, dubs are the way to go. Personally, they're usually equal. USUALLY.

I heard things like "subbed" is better because you can truly hear the emotions of the characters voices done by the Japanese voice actors. Well.....I prefer "Dubbed", lets face it even if we can hear the "emotion" in their voices what good is that to us Canadians who cannot understand Japanese? Secondly, it takes more time for our brains to process reading VS listening. If there is a scene where a lot of talking is being done and your not a fast reader lets face it your gonna be missing out on crucial information. So in my opinion I think dubbed is way better than subbed by a long shot.

Dubbed is when they are talking in English

it depends what kind of dub because on youtube ppl make their own dub which kind of sounds cheezy. i dont mind the normal dub that actors do but sub is always better

I prefer dubbed as well, that way i dont miss half the show tryin to read the words at the bottom of the screen lol. But smetimes in dubbed shows they seem to take some things said in the original out of it. i dont really like that part

i somewhat have to agree with the people who say they liked dubbed because of that reason that they are so focused on reading that they cant enjoy the show, but i think they could have picked better voices to match the Japanese voice actors =)

definatly subbed for anime.but for anime movies,i prefer dubbed.When its subbed,its more origional,and the english voices almot NEVER match the character.Like black star from soul eater,and shana's voice from shakugan no shana in english is just way to high pitched.her voice should be more lower.And oh my god tamaki's voice from bamboo blade in englsih is ALSO wayyy to high pitched.When i heard it i was all"what the heck you cant do tht.tamaki's voice should be totally different than that!'
also,i havve a hard time watching bleach subbed since i'm so used to the englsih voices.Momo's voice is better in japanese.in english,she sounds like shes in pain whenever she talks.in japanese,its just better.

Thats actually a hard say. I like English because then i can just listen instead of having to read the sub titles. But when I hear the Japanese first, I like it more, because it's the first voices I heard for the characters, they seem to fit them betta. Then the come and ruin it with English. I meen..they can atleast TRY to get the english matched up with the japanese/ chinese ect.

Example: Uliquiorra: In japanese..His voice was HAWT! But in the English it was waaayyyy to high and feminine. No offence to the voice actor, just didnt think he was the perfect choice.

I agree with musshroomsamba when watching subs you have to keep looking and reading witch makes my head hate but if you watching dubs you can make it big screen and sit down and relax!
